How should I film for the most accurate review?
For a match, the best angle is from behind the baseline, 2–3 m high, so the whole court is in frame. For a single stroke, filming from the side works. Shoot landscape, in 1080p, at 30 fps or more. For serves, 60 fps is better.
Can I send a practice session instead of a match?
Yes. In practice, AI counts strokes and shows how consistent your technique is, and the coach reviews your drills and gives corrections. Matches are more useful for tactics.
Who are the coaches?
Coaches certified ITF Level 2 or higher, or with playing experience at ITF and Challenger events. Before ordering, you can pick a coach by specialty: serve, net play, juniors, clay.
Who sees my video?
Only you and the coach you sent it to. Your video is never used to train models without your consent, and it is deleted after 90 days, or sooner if you ask.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Flag the moment in your report and the stats are recalculated. If there are many mistakes, we refund the AI review.
